Are Tide Pods Free and Gentle still one of the best fragrance free gentle detergents? We went back to them after trying the new Tide Unscented Heavy Duty Power pod for heavily soiled loads. Cleans well but even a single pod in a full fill load it requires several extra rinses. We have a top load Speed Queen and have to set machine to use four rinses. We've used Tide Pods Free & Gentle and the similar previous versions for years and added Biz for heavily soiled loads. Usually, use a single pod. Haven't tried the Tide Pods Laundry Detergent Pacs with OxiFree

Why would you have to use four rinses
A little foam in the water coming out of the drain hose from a final spin does not indicate the clothing is not rinsed.
If the deep rents water is not slippery the clothing is plenty well rinsed. You actually do not wanna rinse all traces of detergent out of clothing doing so ruins your clothing and the washing machine the detergent provides an important protective property both to the clothing and the machine.
