Greetings friends!

In my continued quest for the cleanest cloth diapers with the simplest routine, I pose a question to you all. How does my Speed Queen FF7 decide on the water level? Is it by weight? By time filling? I’m wondering how it decides and then how it knows it’s full enough. We have a whole house filter that reduces pressure a bit so wondering how that affects my wash. It doesn’t do any “sensing” like my previous front loaders.

Thank you!!

I believe it fills to a predetermined level based upon a pressure sensor that measures the approximate depth of the water. most new front loaders use this method to determine proper wash water levels, as it compensates for the clothing becoming saturated and adds water.
