Looks to be the model of the set that my aunt had, dating circa 1969 ... the first time I'd run into Speed Queen, always much fun to visit there.  ;-)

The timer should be backlit with an incandescent bulb.

Can anyone decipher the model / serial?  165 / 8D75909

I thought this one deserved the rest of the pictures for the archives. Sometimes Facebook will let me capture them but most of the time these days it won’t let me. A speed queen set of this vintage and in this color is definitely one that would go after. I haven’t had too many opportunities.

Pics are easy to capture with Firefox, although I don't use other browsers so am not knowing what they can do.  Some sale sites use the .webp image format that AW doesn't recognize, Firefox has a screenshot function that saves as .png.  Some sites block the usual methods of capture or saving of images but there's also workarounds in those instances.

Yes but I'm wondering about deciphering the serial for date of production.
