Nice pair, Sean. I like how you painted the room at washer/dryer height.

In the seller's photo it looks like the OOB switch is not functional and the washer went for a bit of a walk.

Thanks Phil. The laundry room was that color scheme when I moved into the current house I am in back in 2006. I believe the color is sage green but seems to be a close relative to avocado green, though. Thinking about repainting the laundry room (along with the dining room and kitchen since they are the same color scheme as well) sometime this spring or summer but in the same exact colors. Sometimes a fresh coat of paint is all it takes to spruce up a house along with a deep clean, renovations like the ones you see on HGTV are a bit overkill and time consuming and takes character away from a home as well. Sometimes simple things as a deep cleaning and painting is all it takes to bring a home back to life.

Fresh Paint is always a nice refresh

I used to paint exterior/interior jobs for in-between college work. I always enjoy seeing a refresh. I hope you find the color(s) that are agreeable and will give your that 'feels like new' again feel. Good luck, Sean!
