Such a beautiful set! Just make sure you never let this machine agitate on HI speed with this kitchenaid wider base agitator, it’ll destroy the transmission. There is a user by the name of ScantPear on YouTube who always tells everyone to shut up about his because he would rather wreck his machine by allowing it to agitate on HI speed with a kitchenaid base, you can see how hard the tub is shaking and the stress the transmission is taking from it. I just don’t understand why there aren’t any refurbished washer and dryer stores in Michigan, it’s all dirty gross junk that isn’t looked at whatsoever or tested. Why pay for other peoples 20-30 year old scum and dirt. We live in a small apartment and we don’t have the room to be able to take apart our machines and do this, plus the cost of all the new parts I would need which are still cheap. Guess I’ll have to open up my own!

They look beautiful. Avocado green is one of my favorite appliance colors. Lots of luck with them! A family friend of ours has the exact same washer you have there, although it’s not nearly as cool as yours! What paint did you use? I always love to see someone get creative with their machines. That set you have there is truly a work of art.
