Can't tell squat about which one this really is.  Some lighting would definitely help.  It could be as old as 1958 but could be as new as 1961.  The reason I say 1961 is because I don't see a 'Start' switch, and only in 1961 did GE use the push-to-start feature on the timer.

Update:  This appears to be a 1961 model DA-920V.

Considering the age and location, this seems like one that Ken might want.

Here's one that I would have moved heaven and earth to get but mercifully I already own it! I'm in the market for its "Rotary Fabric Guide" mate. For some GE inexplicicality, the TOL dryers of 1961 (and the 1960 top TOL dryer) eliminated the "Push To Start" buttons/toggles, in favor of a Maytag-style "Pull to Start" dials--the reason you don't see any buttons on that control panel. Really annoying, short-lived and maybe the reason for a lot of unnecessary service calls. When you use these dryers and you're not careful, or your hand is wet from putting wet clothes in the dryer,  when you pull the slick chrome knob out to start the dryer, sometimes it slips out of your fingers and arcs, causing a breaker to blow or worse. John Combo might refute or support this issue.

Besides that, it's an elegant machine, almost too simple to operate, quiet and fast. I suspect the full-width cantilevered door-pedal might have been a service issue as well; that style door pedal also lasted only one year and might have been prey to metal fatigue.
