Watching a little Bewitched tonight and looks like she had custom imperials in the laundry room, right?

I know she had a Maytag too at some point...the episode with Martha Washington...she tells Martha it's a "washer/dryer" but it obviously is just a Maytag HOH dryer.

A few years ago Kenmore71 did a full write-up of all the appliances used within the set for the duration of the show. Check it out!

I'm not 100 certain myself. I recall that Maytag combos circa 1970 had no window in the door making them look like dryers. The washing machine article in a set of encyclopedias the family had in the 70s had a picture of just such a machine with the caption, "a modern washing machine". One of the Batman movies (don't recall whether it was "Batman (1989)" or "Batman Forever (1994)", had Bruce Wayne's valet doing laundry in a laundry room containing two late 60s early 70s Maytags both with doors like dryers. I have been all over the interwebs and found no image nor any screen captures of the Batman movie. Possibly AW's resident combo archivist John Lefever can set me straight or slap me down.

Maytag only made washer/dryer combos for a very short time in the early 1960s. PATRICK COFFEY

Gottit. I feared that my recollection may have been faulty. Thanks, Brother Coffey.
