What was the matching washer to today's POD of lady kenmore model eighty dryer? I don't think I've every seen this dryer before and was curious about the washer. What year is this model? |

These Lady Kenmores are 1961 models and there was a matching washer. The washer was model 110.6104800. Maybe someone can provide some pictures. There were 3 versions of the dryer as follows:
110.6107800 was a 37,000 btu modulating gas model 110.6108800 was a 5600 watt element modulating model 110.6108810 was a 8400 watt element modulating model |

1961 was the first year for the full width door. The cabinets for the washers and dryers were also restyled at that time. |

The 1961 LK was unique in featuring automatic water level sensing. No one that I'm aware has reported having found one. Photo 1 is saved from a sale someone posted/shared in July 2013, I don't recall any info on what happened with the machine, if anyone got it. |
