Greg, it's a slide show.  The 6th frame (not counting the 1st introduction frame as one of the 10 points) is the one Bob is referencing.

I get it now! Sorry...mind on the prep for my colonoscopy on Monday! Figuring "last meal" and the lack of booze! Having an throat stretching as well! So both ends are going to be attacked! Pray for me! LOL! Greg

Just to offer some hope on the colonoscopy

"... the lack of booze" Shouldn't be doing that stuff. That doesn't help ANY ONE stay healthy.

Colonoscopy is a breeze. I did my first one four years ago. Unsedated. I was in and out of the medical clinic in less than an hour. Went grocery shopping immediately after. The only thing they found was a small polyp they immediately removed. I barely felt it.

I don't know what all the drama is that I've heard people talk about.
It doesn't hurt or anything. All they do is put a thin cable thing with a small camera at the end up your bum and glide it carefully in and look around.
While they are doing it you layon your side and can even watch the monitor.
It's un-eventful.

Yes, you have to clean out for like 2 days prior. It's not difficult. And that doesn't hurt either.

Its like when you put a thermometer in your mouth to take your temperature or put a Q-tip in your ear to clean it; is there a bunch of drama? No.
It's the same difference.
