Given its location, I'm going to say one of the off-brand Southern stove companies (Vesta? Suburban? Brown? Enterprise?). Wonder if it was sold at the local electric utility.

I don't think so. Electric utilities, and even gas utilities, sold higher end brands.

This was not one of the oddball Canadian brands for sure.  The only vague resemblance is the oven bake unit... it kinda looks like the last of the Moffat ranges which were made by Admiral in Canada until 1975.  After that, Moffat appliances were GE/Hotpoint clones.

Based on the basic construction, wide window, knobs, and other trim, I believe it may be a Hardwick product.
