How old is the dishwasher and what’s the model number?
Many models carry a five year warranty on the racks. If you’re under that they will send you new racks free of charge you would be liable for any labor if you can’t change it yourself after one year.
Note: if you’re pre-rinsing your dishes, and using excessively long cycles, and too much detergent, it will contribute to rack rusting prematurely. John. | ||
