Looks like a "leftovers" model, prolly 1964 vintage with 1963 X parts. I'd bet it's a WA-63(something) model but as it was never featured in any GE catalogue (only in a Cut-sheet), can't tell without a picture of the rating plate. Still, the cabinet is in great condition although the control panel is very rusty as is the washbasket.
I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers.
