WP DD. The console labeling references "2 Speed Combinations" instead of "2 speed motor" which likely means it's a 1-speed with intermittent agitation for the Gentle cycle. |

No Greg, my Roper is the newer model with an electronic control board instead of a timer. While I really like my Roper, if I had the option of a machine with an electro-mechanical timer that would be my preference. The Roper in this post looks like a nice, basic washing machine with all the options and cycle selections that I’d ever need.
