Does anyone know if there is a new dishwasher brand that is available with a removable second rack? I need space for tall items like canning pots, canning pressure cookers, and tall, restaurant size, pasta pots. | ||

I think most if not all Bosch dishwashers might suit your needs as there is an accessory called "Sprinkler Head" that you can use instead of a top rack.
It gets attached at the back wall where the water would normally enter the spray arm. CLICK HERE TO GO TO mrboilwash's LINK | ||

I have had 2 Bosch's here in the USA. A 300 and an 800 series and yes the upper racks are removable. They now make you buy the sprinkler head as an option. My first one, the 300 series, it came with it. I think I have only tried it once. In my Kitchen remodels, I installed extra large sinks to handle my larger cookware and bakeware.
