It’s been listed for about a month now.

After seeing this again, now I'm wondering if this photo was taken in a mobile home?  Mobile homes from this time period (1964-ish) normally placed the washing machine in the bathroom, which this could be.  Given the paneled wall, the wall with Marlite on it, the floor covering (with floor register) and the pink sink adjacent - could this be a mobile home?

I can't see the ad itself so I'm not familiar with additional photos.  Do they reveal more?

This washer is still tempting...

Sadly, there is evidence of balance ring rot from the tub shots.

I thought about it but I have so many projects. I’m sure I even have a wash basket from a newer machine that would fit. Quit tempting. Lol

Could be a mobile home, or a cheaply built or renovated house. My Uncle Kell and Aunt Julie built a house in 1965, that had Masonite panelling in most rooms, and Marlite in the baths. My uncle worked for Masonite in Laurel,MS at the time, so got a discount on the materials. Unfortunately the house was destroyed by fire in the late 80's. Went fast, as those products have little or no fire resistance.
