A 612 Maytag top load washer capacity
This is a 19 gallon tub. You should be able to wash 10 to 12 pounds of cotton clothing in it.
Seal assemblies can still be found. If you look there’s also aftermarket ones made now I don’t know how good they are. It is possible that you don’t need to replace the seal assembly, although if the tub bearing is worn out, it almost certainly has a bad seal assembly. John | ||

the tub seal kit is not. Aftermarket stem seal kits are available on Ebay and amazon, reviews aren't great but worth a try. | ||
