I was wondering if there might be a logical explanation behind like "customer surveys found out that the majority of consumers are too lazy or too ignorant to shake out clothes before transferring them into the dyer or hanging on the line so we decided to reduce the final spin speed of the towels cycle to improve the softness of towel" LOL
I`d just use the normal cottons cycle maybe with "short" and "extra rinse" selected if this is an option on the W1. Is there a Miele customer support line in the US? Another possibility would be a software update which is not reflected in the printed manual. |
