Hi, does anyone know how to enter service mode on a Siemens washer dryer?

I’ll insert a picture of what the display looks like.

I’ve tried the usual turn to spin, hold spin speed and turn to cycle 3 (being easy care) for this model and it only displays E00 (last error code stored) but doesn’t enter service mode (p00). Pressing any other button in E00 mode goes back into regular cycle selection. Doing the same thing but going anti clockwise from spin to easy care goes into a glitched mode where it goes completely blank and just flashes until you turn it off.

I’ve tried doing the same thing with all other option buttons, and to other cycles like going from spin to cotton or eco 40 60.

Holding any option buttons during start up are ignored also.

I’ve tried turning to spin, hold spin speed and turn to next cycle clockwise and that doesn’t work (does for my Serie 2 model).
