Video below actually shows the accessibility features in detail. I've always heard that this was true but never actually saw someone demonstrate it. Unfortunately, as a blind user of appliances, this means I just can't justify discounting Samsung as an option if I need to buy new. Watch when she starts describing the control panel and you'll see what I mean. What Samsung has done with their control panel design is so simple and I can't believe other companies haven't followed suit. This machine is a top loader but the design is the same on most of their front loaders.
