 The metal ring goes on the underside of the cam. It's not supposed to be loose from the cam. Perhaps you should get a new hub assembly. In case you're not aware, the hub assembly allows the basket to float slighty upwards when water fills in to disengage from the drive so the impeller can rotate separately (the basket free-spins). The basket settles down when the water drain to engage the drive for spin (basket and impeller rotate together). | ||
