Wow, John, that is the rare top-of-the-line version of this. Totally useless dishwasher, if I was closer, I would grab it. I have the basic model for the museum already. Hope somebody will save it.
I had a brand new one of these 45 years ago, and it absolutely wouldn’t clean anything. I wasn’t really collecting things at that point and I took the drain pump off of it and recycled it for scrap metal. I’m sure this one wasn’t used to have lasted this long, if there was a way to get it easily, I would gladly pay for it for the museum, but I don’t think it’s worth paying three or $400 to ship to Maryland. Hi dare say this was a house where the kitchen didn’t see hard use but probably not a vacation house but who knows doesn’t really matter, the cabinets certainly do show wear near the bottoms of the doors and they used the kitchen enough to wear out the original floor.
But they obviously took good enough care of it to keep the ugly countertops all these years, but we see a lot of houses that are quite old that are in beautiful condition not unusual after you’ve been in over 50,000 kitchens. I’ve seen a lot of different things. |
