Did you call the company that you purchased the machine from? I think they would be the first call vs calling the manufacturer. A big advantage with Speed Queen machines is they are generally sold by independent servicing dealers vs a big box store where you are on your own.
An issue like this could happen with any new appliance no matter who made it. It could be related to shipping or damage during installation. Really the installer should have tested the machine as well on install. Crappy dumb luck, but I don't think it speaks to the long term durability of the machine itself. |

This sure as hell wouldn’t have been a “very simple problem” for me! The installers should have tested this machine before they ever left your home. These are premium priced washing machines and I believe that it’s not unreasonable for a customer to expect that the machine works properly and doesn’t flood their home on its maiden voyage.
I would have called the dealer first not SQ. I hope that you get some satisfaction. Eddie |
