need food for toughs from aw members if things keep up if i had to replace washer dryer not at that point yet because of an upcoming rule from the quebec goverment that would force whirlpool and maytag to put french on there major appliances from washer dryers to dishwashers french causing companys like maytag whirlpool kitchenaid lg samsung to stop selling there major brands in store causing to eather buy online i feel like the only option would be to go use refurbish here are the brands i am considering inglis royal100 (whirlpool) with matching dryer kenmore maytag like this model with glass lid if findable orr the only option would be if not buying online that my mom and i cross the canada us border in lacolle to buy appliance but the big question is would a us store accept to deliver to a canadien adress if bough brand new?

Control panel overlays are common and cheaply made to provide the languages needed.

French labeling on major appliances

I’ll let the Canadian members decide this issue, however, if they force french or international symbols script on appliances sold in Canada, it will limit your choices of appliance models and raise the price slightly.

Currently, I believe most whirlpool appliances are sold on either side of the border without modification.

English has become an international language, especially for scientific things, I don’t think it would be that hard for me to figure out appliances that were labeled in French if that was what was available to me.

Maybe I'll finally be able to SELL some of my vintage appliances in Québec at last...  I can't GIVE them away up here!
