I wonder why it says the condition is "fair." I wonder if there is rust on the oven liners or under the cooktop. It still has the Harper Center Simmer Burners like my mom's Crown. |

I’ve never seen a crown range with the controls on the top like that generally, they were across the front of the control panel, gives a nice clean look, unfortunately, you usually have a lot more trouble with the valves and thermostats when they’re on the cooktop because things get spilled down into them and they start to seize up.
This one looks to be in great shape, but with any gas range that has constant burning pilots, you really need to look under the cooktop and inside the oven to see how much damage the moisture from the pilot has done to the metal parts of the stove. John |
