4 years ago we bought a new KA dishwasher. Mostly happy with it with the exception of the spots on knives. I thought it would be nice to have an older "modern enough" looking dishwasher to have as a back up in case I wanted to wash a load of dishes in less than 3 hours. This KUDS22 came to me and I have had fun cleaning it up, it needs a new bottom panel and a few other parts as I am to looking to restore this to as new as possible and add stainless steel panels to update the look. Any parts for sale, leads or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Compared to our modern KA, this indeed IS a hurricane in a box. |

Hi Dan looks like a fun project. It will definitely go through the cycle faster than the new dishwasher will be interesting to see if it doesn’t leave spots on the stainless wear.
Do you need the complete lower panel or the toe panel, etc., as you know, I’ll be in Minnesota in about a week. I can bring them along if you’d like I have lots of lower panels for those machines still, let me know John |
