It shows in fault error F0E4 error code i have check online it eather say water in my home is to hot and washer is well install, do this mean that my washer is cold filled only i am no tech and this error code never appears on screen during a cycle i am also questioning myself if its not the washer fill hose thats causing the problem.

F0E4 code is Spin Limited by Water Temperature.  It presumably means the control board limited/reduced the spin speed to less-than-maximum on one or more occasions due to no cold rinse occuring after a warm or hot wash.

Fisher & Paykel has that protection function on their toploaders to reduce the final spin to no more than medium speed if a cold rinse didn't occur.

F&P states the reason is so "internal plastic components" on EcoSmart models don't distort during maximum spin speed if a hot wash hasn't been cooled by a cold rinse.  The "Hot Tub" flag on them restricts spin to no more than 700 RPM.  F&P maximum spin is 1,010 RPM or 1,110 RPM on later models, which is faster than your machine.

It's interesting that WP apparently incorporated the protection into some of the VMW machines.  I don't think they spin faster than 700 or 800 RPM.  Or maybe the protection flag is an artifact in the software/firmware ported-over from other models that do spin faster.
