Been awhile since I've been here! Happy to report that our WM4370HKA will be turning 6 this year and has gotten there without a single hitch!

However, I noted that at times it seems to be taking a lot longer to balance than it did prior, not terribly worse though it is noticeable which leads me to think that the shock absorbers are wearing out, it's most noticeable on loads of towels.

While in the process of looking at the parts and replacement, I came across a video where someone is actually ADDING 2 more shocks to the rear, making a total of 5 shock absorbers.

Has anybody actually tried this? Both mount points exist on my unit, and if this is in fact valid, then I see no point in not reusing the old front shocks at the rear. Something with this mod does seem off.
