Here is a varaiation of the Candy Domino 4 we got in 1988.

It sadly only lasted 4 years due to a bearing fault.
It was exactly the same as this except the Temperature Dial was where the drying timer is and the slow spin and dry buttons were not on it.

They had a 4 compartment dispenser with a nice choclolate brown grille over the bleach and softener compartments although I believe they were a fake compartment.
Mum always used to run a seperate rinse and spin for the softener as it always drained out when you filled it up.
The reason why she never trusts softener dispensers to this day.

These machines were pretty splashy although they sadly didnt distribute due to the induction motors in them.

The graphics which you cannot clearly see on the bottom right hand side of the detergent drawer should say "Stainless Formula" IIRC.

Nether the less this is the machine that I spent most days watching as it washed my newly born brothers nappies and baby-grows.

Oh to be a 4 year old again! LOL

Nick

Hi Nick

I remember years ago going to a show room, must have been around 87ish and they had these in the kitchens. Unfortunately, I never saw one work, sounds fun.

Take care

Rob
